Adoption Grant
Associates Home Loan is proud to offer a new grant focusing on something near and dear to our heart: adoption.
The $1,000 Associates Home Loan Adoption Grant was created in 2020 to assist those who are wanting to adopt but may need financial assistance in the process. We believe individuals and families who are willing to open up their homes to adoptive children are worth recognizing. With that said, we understand that the adoption process can be costly. Our hope is our grant can be a source of support to supplement the cost of giving a child a loving, permanent family.

2024 Recipients
“This grant will help us get one step closer to keeping biological siblings together and provide them with a nurturing and supportive environment. We’ve always wanted to adopt and have dedicated years to the adoption process: learning, preparing, and adjusting to ensure that we can offer them a loving and caring home. This grant is part of making our dream a reality.” – Damon & Allison Varble
2023 Recipients
“We know that having grant assistance for the adoption process will mean being able to provide these children with future opportunities for exploration, education, and support services when they are home with us.
Although we have never been parents, we knew this was the right choice for us and cannot wait to welcome children into our home. With your gift, this [is] a possibility.” – Preneat Wu

Ram and Anjali chose to adopt in August of 2020. Anjali is a special education teacher, and Ram is the favorite uncle and godparent to a whole crew of nieces and nephews.
They knew they wanted to adopt before they got married. After multiple pregnancy losses, they decided that adoption was the right path for them. Even through the heartache they have faced, they always held adoption as a light of hope in their hearts.
